N° 001/RQ/MINMAP/RDNW/DDBOYO/DTB/2018 OF 16/02/2018, for the Supply of Medical Equipment at the Integrated Health Centre (IHC) Konene (lot 1) in Bum Sub division, Boyo Division, North West Region.

DECIDES

Article 1 That jobbing order for the Supply of Medical Equipment at the Integrated Health Centre (IHC) Konene (lot 1) in Bum Sub division, Boyo Division, North West Region, following Request for Quotation awarded to the enterprises here in mentioned below, as follows:

Article 2:The successful Enterpriseis requested to report at the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Boyo to sign the draft jobbing orders.
Article 3; Bidders who were not successful are requested to withdraw their files in two weeks time. After this deadline,they shallbe destroyed.
Article 4; This present decision shall be published and registered where need be.
