SUBJECT; AWARD OF CONTRACT

Sequel to correspondence NO 048/BCTB/BC24    by the president of the
Buea Council tender's board with a favourable recommendation for the award of contract for tender NO 004 for the rehabilitation of some centers within the municipality; Lot 1 CEAC Bokova, the contract is awarded to the ETS SHALOM according to Article 99(a) of the public contract code for an amount of fourteen million one hundred and sixty seven thousand seven hundred and seven ( 14,167,707) frs all taxes inclusive and eleven million eight hundred and eighty thousands six hundred and seventy seven (11,880,677) frs without taxes.

You are therefore called upon to urgently report at room 213 of the Buea council for subscription and notification of the contract to complete the award process
