SUBJECT; AWARD OF CONTRACT

Sequel to correspondence NO 049/BCTB/BC/2024 the president of the
Buea Council tender's board with a favourable recommendation for the award of contract for tender NO 004 for the rehabilitation of some centers within the municipality; Lot 2 women and empowerment center Buea, the contract is awarded to the ELOHIM BUSINESS according to Article 99(a) of the public contract code for an amount of thirteen million one hundred and fourteen thousands two hundred and eighty (13,114,280 ) frs ail taxes inclusive and twelve million sixty seven thousands forty five (12,067,045) frs without taxes.

You are therefore called upon to urgently report at room 213 of the Buea council for subscription and notification of the contract to complete the award process.
