Investment Budget, the Mayor of Ekondo Titi Council on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture and rural Development hereby launches an Open National Invitation to

Tender by emergency procédure FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BOREHOLE WITH SOLAR ELECTRIC POWERED PUMP TANK AND STAND TAPS IN EKONDO TITI

The works comprise the outcome of the prelirninary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 19 000 000 FRS.

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2021 financial year budgetary

The file may be consulted during working hours at the secretariat of the Mayor of Ekondo Titi Council as soon as this notice is published.

The file may be obtained from the secretariat of the mayor of Ekondo Titi Council as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 35.000 FCFA, payable at the Ekondo Titi Council Treasury.

The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for die execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 380 000 CFAF and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the 09/03/2021 at ll am local Lime by the Tenders Board of the

Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of Ekondo Titi Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

A bid shah be rejected if:

It lacks bid bond;

The technical score is iess than the

minimum required;

It has any fake or forged document;

It lacks any quantified unit price;

It curies any false information.
