Prolongation of date of submissionand opening of Tender No 007/ONIT/GOV/RTB-NW/2019
The following adjustments have been made on the date ofsubmission and opening of bids with respect to Tender file No 007/ONIT/GOV/RTB-NW/2019 OF 22/03/2019, for the supply of a vehicle hard top 4x4 78 DSL for the Regional hospital Bamenda.
Instead of:
Submission of bids:Eachoffer drafted in English and French in 07 (seven) copies including 01 (one) original and 06 (six) copies marked as such, should reach the Governor of the North West Region office in Bamenda, not later than 19/04/2019 at 11:00am local time.
Opening of bids:
The bids shall be opened in a single phase. The opening of the administrative documents, the technical and financial bids shall be done on the 19/04/2019 at 12:000 noon local time, in the conference hall of the Governor of the North West Region by the competent tender board. Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a person of their choice, who has full knowledge of the file and mandated in that capacity.
