Within the framework of the 2021 Public Investment Budget, the Mayor of Ekondo Titi Council on behalf of the Minister of Public Works hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by emergency procedure FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIX BOX CULVERTS AT LOBE TOWN-MONGOSSI ROAD

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.

The estimated cost aller prelirninary studies is 30 000 000 FRS.

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the secretariat of the Mayor of Ekondo Titi  not later than 16/03/2021        at 10am and should carry the inscription

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 600 000 CFAF and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the -date of validity

The bids shah be opened in a single (01) phase on the 16/03/2021 at ll am local Lime by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of Ekondo Titi Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney

A bid shall be rejected if: It lacks bid bond;

-        The technical score is less than the

minimum required;

-           It has any fake or forged document;

lt lacks any quantified unit price;

It carnes any false information

The bidder has antecedents of abandoned or uncompleted projects.

The criteria for qualification of candidates should be on the following:

Non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shah entail rejection of the bid.

The Contracting Authority shah award the contract to the bidder whose bid was judged essentially in conformity with the Tender File and who has the required technical and financial capacities to execute the contract satisfactorily and whose bid was evaluated as the lowest by including, where necessary, proposed rebates

for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
