Within the framework of the Public lnvestment Budget 2021, The Mayor of EKONDO TITI Council hereby launches an OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER (BY THE EMERGENCY PROCEDURE) REHABILITATION ANDEXTENSION OF PORTABLE WATER SCHEME IN LOBE TOWN (EKONDO TITI COUNCIL AREA)
The works for phase one comprise notably:
- Preliminary works, Studies and Site installation
- Rehabilitation of the catchment
- Excavation of trench.
- Extension of pipeline network along the Lone town line
- Acquisition of electric pump and accessories
The total estimated cost of the project after preliminary studies is sixteen million (16 000 000) FCFA and the actual estimate programmed for phase I in the 2021 Budget is (16 000 000) FCFA.
The works shall be executed in one lot
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to ail registered Cameroonian enterprises, with the necessary technical, financial and legal capacities
Supplies which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by PIB 2021, BUDGET imputation Record N°: 1W04296

upon presentation of a non-refundable treasury receipt (payable at the Treasury of EKONDO TITI Council) bearing the amount of twenty thousand (20,000) FCFA. Such a receipt shall identify the concerned bidder.
Each bid drafted in English or French shall be signed by the bidder or by a duly authorized representative and presented in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such. These shall be submitted in one sealed pack containing three (3) envelopes; (A: Administrative file, B: Technical file, C: Financial file). The sealed pack shall bear no information on the enterprise, and should reach service of public contract or the

The jobbing order/contract shall be awarded to the bidder whose bid is in conformity with the dispositions of the tender file and on the basis of the lowest bid and technical quality, in accordance with article 99 of the public contracts code. That is, it shall be awarded to the bidder with a satisfactory technical score and the lowest financial offer.
The bidders shall remain committed to their offers/bids for a period of ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
