Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Ekondo Titi Council Budget of the 2020 financial year budgetary head

The maxùnurn deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forrning die subject ofthis invitation to tender is three (03) months.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 720.000 CFAF and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

The bids shah be opened in a single (01) phase  on the16/03/ 2021 at 11 am local time  by die Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of Ekondo Titi Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

A bid shel be rejected if:

It lacks bid bond;

The technical score is less than the minimum required;

It bas any fake or forged document; It lacks any quantified unit price;

It carnes any false information

It does not respect the mode! documents

The bidder bas antecedents of abandoned or uncompleted projects.

The Contracting Authority shah award the contract te the bidder whose bid was judged essentially in conformity with the Tender File and who lias the required techni cal and financial capacities to execute die contract satisfactorily and whose bid was evaluated as the lowest by including_; where necessary, proposed rebates

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
