The tender file can be obtained as from the publication of the present invitation to tender at the Manjo council. upon presentation of Manjo Municipal receipt attesting the payment of a non-refundable sum of (fifty thousands) 50 000 FCFA, at the Manjo Council.
Each offer drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including one (1) original and six (06) copies, marked as such should reach to the Manjo council, not lacer than 11/03/2021 at 10 O'CLOCK local time and should carry the inscription:

FINANCING: PIB MINTP 2021 FISCAL YEAR
„ TO BE OPENED ONLY DURING THE BID-OPENING SESSION.
The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Project Owner for the execution of the works of this tender shall be Ninety (90) calendar deys, as from the date of notification of the service order to start the works
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first rate-bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance featuring on the Ikt in document I2 of the tender file of an amount of Five hundred and fourty thousand (540 000) Francs CFA valid for ninety (90) days beyond.
Under threat of rejection, the administrative documents required, must be produced in originals or true copies certified by the issuing service or an administrative authority (Senior Divisional Officer. Divisional Officer...) in accordante with the Special Conditions of the invitation ta tender.
The bids shall be opened at once. Both administrative documents, technical and financial offers shall be do opened on : 11/03/2021 at 11 O'CLOCK by the Tenders Board attached to the in the room of acts. Each bidder may attend the opening session or may be represented by a persan of his choice, heaving an expert and excellent knowledge of the offers

h) Omission of one quantified price in the tender (BPU. DQE et le SDPU): ;
i) Incomplète financial offers for absence of suitable pieces:
j) Non satisfactory of 25 Yes /30 or less than 83,33% of Essential Criteria.
Essential Criterias :
v) References of the Enterprise ;
vi) Availiability of materials and Essential Equipment ;
vii) Experience of supervisory personnel;
viii) Methodology and Planning of Execution.
Each file deciared technically conform most satisfy ail eliminatory criterias and have at least 25 yes/30 there for 83,33% of the Essentiai Criterias mention above. Evaivated in conformity with the table of Evaluation the Technical file.
The Mayor of Manjo council, Contracting Authority, will award the Contract to the Bidder technically qualified and evaluated lowest Bidder (not anormaliy low) after verification and correction of the prices unity and judge substantially in conform to the Tender File Documents.
Bidders will remain coınrnitted to the offers during ninety (90) days, from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
