Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2021, The Mayor of Kombo Itindi Council, Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the FOR THE ACQUISITION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTING AT BARRACKS
The works comprise in a nutshell:
ü Supply and installation of Solar panels, batteries, charge controllers, and solar lamps
ü Supply and installation of metallic poles
ü Construction of footing,
ü Sundry expenses.

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Publie Investment Budget of the 2021 financial year; Budget Head N° 55 32 422 02 641926 2254 851

The complete tender file may be obtained from the General Secretariat of the Mayor of Kombo Itindi Council, upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable sum of sixty four thousand (64 000) CFA F, at the Kombo Itindi Municipal Treasury.
Each bid drafted in English or French in six (06) copies including the original and five (05) copies marked as such, should reach the Private Secretariat of the Mayor of Kombo Itindi Council, against a receipt not later than 08/03/2021 at 9 am local time and the outer envelope labeled:

"To be opened only during the bid opening session"
The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at three (03) months.
first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bancaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of the tender file of an amount of One Million (1,000,000) CFAF with a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bids are opened.
Under penalty of rejection, the required administrative documents must be imperatively produced as original documents or photocopies certified as authentic by the issuing authority, in accordance with the Special Regulations of the Invitation to Tender, within the last three months, otherwise they shah not be accepted.
Any bid not in compliance with the specifications of this tender notice and file shall be declared inadmissible. Notably, the absence of the bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance or its non-compliance with the model documents of the tender file shall lead to outright rejection of the bid without any possibility of appeal.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase. The opening of the administrative/technical files shah take place on 08/03/2021 at 9 am local time by the Tender
Board of the Contracting Authority in the Kombo Itiindi Council Conference Hall, in the
presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney). Only financial bids of bidders who have scored at least 70% in the first phase shall be opened at a later date.

v Absence of attestation of site visit.
