MINDFUL of, decree No. 2008/377 of 12th November, 2008 defining the powers, duties and organizing the Services of Heads of Administrative Units.
MINDFUL of Ministerial Order No 00054/MINATD/DCTD of 31st October 2013 to endorse the election of Mayor and Duty Mayors of the Municipal Election of 30/09/13 in the Bamenda III Council.
Considering the necessity of services
HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS
Artide1.That, FORBAH AND SONS ENTERPRISE is awarded the contract for the Construction of a Reinforced concrete Water Tank, An Office Block. And a Fence at Menteh in Bamenda III Municipality Mezam Division, .ion, worth Thirty Nine Million Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Thousand Four Hundred and Thirty Six (39399,436) francs cfa, all taxes inclusive.
Article 2. That the above motioned will realize the work within six (06) months as from the date of notification of Service Order to start the work.
Artide 3.That the Bamenda III Council Tender's Board in dose relationship with the Director General of Forbah and Sons Enterprise is charged with the drafting of the Jobbing Order related tohis contract.
Artide 4: That the present decision shall be registered and communicated wherever and whenever necessary.
