Article 1: That, the Contract to carry out THE REINFORCEMENT OF ELECTRICITY NETWORK IN BALIKUMBAT,NGOKETUNJIA DIVISION (STEP I).Following the invitation to tender mentioned above is awarded to the enterprise herein mentioned below, as follows:
