MINDFUL OF: The circular N° 001/C/MINFI of 28 DECEMBER 2016 on the instructions relative to the Execution, follow up and control of the  execution of the budget of the State, public establishments, dministrative, Decentralized territorial Establishments and other Financed Organizations for the 2017 Financial year;

CONSIDERING: OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER N° 16/ONIT/RDMINMAP/NWRTB/2018 of 20/02/2018

DECIDES

Article 1: That, the Contract to carry out THE RAHBILITATION WORKS OF THE REGIONAL DELEGATION OF WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT AND FAMILY FOR THE NORTH WEST REGION. Following the invitation to tender   mentioned above is awarded to the enterprise herein mentioned below,as follows:

 Article 2: This Decision shall be registered and published where ever need be.
