The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Buea hereby launches Urgent Open National Invitation to Tender No.002/ONIT/TB/UB/21 of 19/02/21 for the Supply and Installation of an Electrical Power Generator at the Vice-Chancellor's Residence
The services of this Jobbing Order comprise purchasing, transportation, installation and reception of at least a 12KVA generator, and construction of generator house at the Vice-Chancel I or' s Residence.
The estimated cost alter preliminary studies is 15,000,000 (fifteen million) FCFA including taxes
The supply is not in lots
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to all Cameroon based qualified registered enterprises that must have proven expertise in the domain of supply of equipment.
Supplies which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the Investment Budget of the University of Buea, 2021 financial year, Programme 244, Article 244910, Pa ragra ph 220012.
Tender documents can be consulted during working hours at the Development Office, Room 211, Central Administration Building of the University of Buea, P.O.Box 63, Buea, as soon as this notice is published.

Box 63, Buea, as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a receipt of payment of a non-refundable sum of 25,000 (twenty-Cive thousand) CFA francs, payable at special ARMP account No. 97568660001-28 at BICEC.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (7) copies including the original and six (6) copies marked as such, should reach the Development Office Secretariat, of the University of 5 Buea, in Room 211 of the Central Administration Building not later than 12.00 midday. on 16/03/2021. The bids should be addressed to The Vice-Chancellor, University of Buea, P.O. Box 63, Buea. The khaki brown envelope containing the bids should be marked on the top right hand corner:
The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the delivery of this supply is four (04) months.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry of Finance of an amount of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) CFA francs and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids. See Document 12 of Tender file.

The bids shall be opened in a single phase. The opening of administrative, technical and financial bids will be on 16/03/2021 at 01:00 p.m local lime by the University of Buea Tenders Board in the Board Room of the Central Administration Building, in the presence of the contractor or a duly mandated representative. Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated perron.
