Within the framework of the 2021 Public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Limbe Il
Council on behalf of the Minister of Decentralization and local development hereby launches
an Open National Invitation to Tender by Emergency Procedure FOR THE MAINTENANCE
OF SOME COMMUNAL ROADS IN LIMBE II MUNICIPALITY.
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.
The estimated costs after preliminary study is 27 000 000
The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender
The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shah be financed by Public Investment Budget of the 2021 financial year; Budget Head No: 55 36 641931 2250
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from the date of publication of this tender notice, at the Limbe H Council
The complete tender file may be obtained from the Limbe II Council upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a nonrefundable sum of: 40 000 FCFA at the Limbe II Municipal Treasury. (7:30am to 3:30pm)
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Mayor's Office Limbe II Council on 31/03t2021 at 12noon local time and labeled.

Three (03) months.
Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bançaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of this tender file of an amount of : 540 000 FCFA.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Mayor's Office Limbe II Council on 31/03t2021 at 12noon local time and labeled.

The bids shah be opened in a single (01) phase on 31/03/2020 at 1:00pm local time by the Limbe II Council Tender Board in the office of the President, located at the Limbe II Council Building. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

Bids shah be rejected when:
4- There's absence of bid bond
5- There's any fake document, False declaration or forged document
6- There's absence of quantified unit price

The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates will indicatively be on the following:
7- Turnover at least: 20 000 000 FCFA Yes / No
8- Attestation of Solvency from a recognized bank not less than 15 000 000 FCFA Yes /No

11-Availability of material and essential equipment Yes /No
12-Experience of supervisory staff Yes / No
