	Au lieu de ... Bids will be opened on the 22/04/2019 at 11 Am or their mandated by the Bamenda HI Council Tender's Board, in the presence of the bidders or representatives with full knowledge of the files if they so desire. The bids will be evaluated inclusively of value added tax (VAT) and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by a signed model submission.
