Within the framework of the 2021 Public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Limbe I Council on behalf of the MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPEMENT hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by Emergency
Procedure FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF TWO (02)
CLASSROOMS AT GPS MILE 1 GROUP H
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications. (Document e)
- 1. The estimated costs alter preliminary study is 18,000,000 (Eighteen Million) FCFA.
The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
The works which form the subject of tris invitation to tender shah be financed by Public Investment Budget of the 2021 financial year; Budget Head N° 55 27 351 01 641905 2212 821
Interested eligible bidders may obiain further information during working hotus as from the 04/03/2021, at the Office of the Municipal Treasurer in Limbe I Council.
The complete tender file may be obtained from the Limbe I Council upon presentation of a treasury receipt altesting to the payment of a nonrefundable sum of: 36,000 (Thirt) -Six Thousand) FCFA ai the Limbe I Municipal Treassuy. (7:30em W 3:30pm).
Each bid drafted in English or French in sevea (07) copies including one original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Mayor's Office Limbe I Council on 30/03/2021 at 10.00am local time and labeled.

NB: It is set at 2 % of the estimated amount, all taxes inclusive, and with a validity period of ninety (90) days from M€ date the bid are opened

2. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF TWO (02) CLASSROOMS AT GPS MILE 1 GROUP II
"To be opened only during the bid opening session"
The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 30/0312021 at 11.00am local time by the LIMBE I Tender Board in the Tender Board Office, located at the Limbe I Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.
Bids shah be rejected when:
1- There's absence of Bid Bond
2- There's any fake document, False declaration or forged document
3- There's absence of quantified unit price

NB: The marking scaie for offers by scoring of points is banned in favor of the hinary method (Yes or No).
- The Contract shah be awarded to the lowest bidder fulfilling the best technical and financial conditions_
Bidders shah be bound by their bids for a validity period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.
Complementary technical information may be obtained from the Mayor's Office Limbe I Council; from Monday to Friday between 730 am and 3.30pm.
