(EMERGENCY PROCEDURE) THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF TWO CLASSROOMS AT GS IDABATO
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 20,000,000 FRS
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be, funded by the Public Inrostment Bueget 1[)f the 2021 financial yeàr budgetary head
The file may be consulted during working hours at the Secretarict of the Mayor of Idabato Council as soon as this notice is published.
The file may be obtained from the office of the secretariat of the m?yor of Idabato council as soon as this noticc is pub'ished upon presLatation of u treasury rt-ceipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 30.000 FCFA, payable at the Idabato council tresury.
Each bid drafted in English or French in six (06) copies including the original and rive (05) copies marked as such, should reach the secretariat of the mayor Idabato council not
later than 13/04/2021 et 10 am
The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is Three (03) months.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 400,000 CFAF and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the _13/04/2021 at _11 am local time by the Internai Tenders Board of the Çontracting Authority in the Conference Hall of the Idabato Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney
A bid shall be rejected if:
- It lacks the bid bond;
The technical score is less than the minimum required;
- It has any fake or forged document;
- 1t lacks any quantified unit price;
It carnes any false information.

The criteria for qualification of candidates should be on the following:

- Availability of material and essential
equipment Yes / No
- Experience of supervisory staff Yes / No
- Methodology Yes/No
- Turnover as in business license above or equal to 10 million francs CFA;
- Qualified personnel relevant to the job..
Non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shah entait rejection of the bid.
The Contract shah be awarded to the contractor fulfilling the technical and financial conditions.
Bidders will remain commiaed to their bids for ninety (9O) days from the deadline ret for the submission of tenders
