(EMERGENCY PROCEDURE) THE CONSTRUCTION OF ACONCRETE SUSPENDED FOOT PATH AT ATABONG EXTENSION.

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications

The estimated cost alter preliminary studies is 27,000,000 FRS.

Participation is open te duly legalized Camerooni^,In enterprises that fulfili the requirements of this invitation to tender.

Services which forrn the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2021 financial year budgetary hem

The file may be consulted during working hours at the Secretariat of the Mayor of Idabato Council as soon as this notice is published

The file may be obtained from the office of the secretariat of the mayor of Idabato council as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 40.000 FCFA, payable at the ldabato council tresury.

Each bid dicifted in English or French in six (06) copies including the original and five (05) copies marked as such, should reach the secretariat of the mayor Idabato council not later than 13/04/2021 at _11 _am and should carry the inscription:

The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is Thrce (03) months

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, . bid bond issued by a fi4 4-rate bank:ng establis:ment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 540,000 CFAF and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

The bids shah be opened in a single (01) phase on the _13/04/2021 at _12_Noon local Lime by the Internai Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of the Idabato Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

Main Eliminatory Criteria
A bid shah be rejected if:

-     It lacks the hid bond;

The technical score is less than the minimum required;

It has any fake or forged document; It lacks any quantified unit price; lt carries any false information

Main Qualification criteria

The criteria for qualification of candidates should be on the following:

v  Access to credit or other financial sources (14 million francs at least) Yes / No

v  References of similar jobs; Yes / No

v  Availability of material and essential

equipment               YPs / No

v  Expérience of supervisory staff Yes/No

v  Methodology             Yes/No

v  Turnover as in bilsiness license above
or equal to 14 million francs CFA;

v  Qualified personnel relevant to the job.

Non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shall entail rejection of the bid.

The Contra t shah be awarded to the contractor fulfilling the technical and financial conditions

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
