                                                                                                               THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BOREHOLE AT AMAMANG.

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the Detailed information provided in the technical specifications 

The estimated cost aftcr preliminary studies is 8,500,000 FRS

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender

Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2021 financial year budgetary head

The file may be consulted during working hours at the Secretariat f the Mayor of Idabato Cc men as socri as this no tce is published.

The file may be obtained from the office of the secretariat of the mayor of Idabato council as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 15.000 FCFA, payable at the Idabato council tresury.

Each hid drafted in English or French in six (06) copies including the original and five (05) copies marked as such, should reach the secretariat of the mayor Idabato council not later than 09/04/2021 at _10 am and should carry the inscription:

The maximum deadline providcd by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is Three (03) months

Each bid der must include in hi s administrative documents^>, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 170,000 CFAF and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

The bids shah be opened in a single (01) phase on the _9/04/2021 at _11 am local time by the Internai Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of the Idabato Council. Only bidders may attend or thcir duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

A bid shah be rejected if:

It lacks the hid bond;

The technical score is less than the

minimum required;

It has any fake or forged document;

It lacks any quantified unit price;

It carries any false information.

The Contract shall be awarded ta the contractor fulfilling the .Technical and financial conditions

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadiine set for the submission of tenders
