Maintenance SystemWithin the framework of the Public lnvestment Budget 2021, the Mayor Isangele, Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to tender CONSTRUCTION OF A BOREHOLE AT IDIBANYANGA IN ISANGELE SUB-DIVISION, NDIAN DIVISION
The works that are subject of the present tender consist of:
- Preliminary works;
- Drill ing works;
- Design-Cleaning and Development-Pumping test;
- Superstructure and hand pump installation;
The total estimated cost for this borehole after preliminary studies is Eight Million Five Hundred thousand (8,500,000) FCFA
Participation in this Open National Invitation to Tender is opened to all the companies within the National Territory
Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shah be financed by the Public lnvestment Budget of the 2021 financial year, with budget heads record number 55 32 423 02 641922 2246

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies comprising one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such,,s.bould reach, the private secretariat of the Mayor of Isangele Council against a receipt not tater than 05/04/2021 at 8.00 a.m., local time in three (03) distinct envelopes which shah be labelled as follows:
- Envelop A : administrative documents:(spiral bound with all pages numbered),
- Envelop B : technical offer;(spiral bound with all pages numbered),
- Envelop C : financial offer.(spiral bound with all pages numbered).
These three (03) envelops will be put in a fourth one which shall be sealed and labelled imperatively as follows:

The maximum execution deadtine of the work shah be 03 (Three) months from the date of issue of Service Order for the commencement of works
Each bid shah be accompanied by a bid security worth of 170,000 FCFA that is 2% of the project amount.
Each bid must have a validity of 90 days with effect from the date of bids opening. The bid security must be issued by a renowned banking institution approved by the Ministry «Finance.
Administrative documents must be less than three months old and must not be signed after the date of submission of bids. Only originals or copies certified by competent authorities of administrative documents required must imperatively be produced. Bids which fail to comply with this requirement will be rejected.

The offers shall be opened in a single phase. The administrative, technical and financial bids shall be opened on, the 05/04//202l at 9.00 a.m., local time by the Tender Board of the Contracting Authority in the Isangele Council Conference Hall, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney).
