MINDFUL OF: the OPENNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER,EMERGENCY PROCEDURE No 12/ONIT/MINMAP/RDNW/DDMOMO/DTB/2018 OF 05/03/2018 FORTHECONSTRUCTION OF  A BLOCK OF TWO CLASSROOMS IN G.S NGALLA AND G.S EMUA, MOMO DIVISION, NORTH WEST REGION

DECIDES

Article 1: That jobbing order for the CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF TWO CLASSROOMS IN G.S NGALLA MOMO Division, following the invitation to tender mentioned above is awarded to the enterprise here in mentioned below:

Article 2: ANUCAM & SONS is requested to report at the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts to sign the draft jobbing order.

Article 3: Bidders who were successful are requested  to withdraw their files in two weeks time. After this deadline, they will be destroyed

Article 4:This present decision shall be published and registered where need be
