The services, subject of this contract includes supply of hundred (100) nameplates specified as follows:

- Lot 1 : 60 nameplates

- Lot 2 : 40 nameplates.

Participation in this request for quotation shall open to cameroonian companies.

Works for the supply of nursery equipment, subject of this request for quotation shah' be funded by resources from the Budget ANAFOR for the 2016 financial year.

The maximum delivery deadline provided for the Contracting Authority shall be thirty (30) days.

Bidders shall provide bid bonds issued by first Bass-bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance (MINFI) as follows:

Any bid not meeting the requirements of tender file will be declared inadmissible.

Under penalty of rejection, administrative documents produced in original or certified copies must be dated less than three (3) months and valid on the date of opening of tenders.

Bids will be opened on 20^th of October 2016 at 12.00 a.m. local time in the conference room of the ANAFOR in the presence of bidders or their authorized representeives who are familiar with the bid which they are responsible.
