1. 1.    Within the frarnework of the 2021 Public Investment Budget, the Mayor of Nguti Council on behalf of the Minister of Basic Education hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by emergency procedure FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF TWO (02) CLASSROOMS AT GOVERNMENT PRIMARY SCHOOL BARO

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 17 000 000 FRS

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfiII the requirements of this invitation to tender

Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shah be funded by the Public lnvestment Budget of the 2021 financial year budgetary head: 55 15 641940 2222

The bids shall be opened in a single (04) phase on the 14/04/2021 at 1 I am local time by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of Nguti Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

A bid shall be rejected if:

It Jacks bid bond;

The technical score is less than the

minimum required;

It has any fake or forged document;

It lacks any quantified unit price;

It carnes any false information.

-        It does not respect the model

-        The bidder has antecedents of abandoned or uncompleted projects.

The criteria for qualification of candidates should be on the following:

The Contracting Authority shal l award the contract to the bidder whose bid was judged essentially in conformity with the Tender File and who has the required technical and financial capacities te execute the contract satisfactorily and whose bid was evaluated as the lOwest by including, where necessary, proposed rebates

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
