Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shah be funded by the Public lnvestment Budget of the 2021 financial year budgetary head: 55 30 641940

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the 14/04/2021 at I lam local time by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of Nguti Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.
Elimination
A bid shall be rejected if:
- It Jacks bid bond; Elimination a-fier 48 hours
The technica] score is less than the minimum required;
Jt has any fake or forged document; It lacks any quantified unit price;
- It curies any false information.
