1. 1.              Within the frarnework of the 2021 Public Investment Budget, the Mayor of Nguti Council on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by emergency procedure CONSTRUCTION OF A MODERN SOLAR OVEN FOR COCOA DRYING IN NGUTI

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 23 000 000 FRS

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender

Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Public lnvestment Budget of the 2021 financial year budgetary head: 55 30 641940 2220

The bids shah be opened in a single (04) phase on the 14/04/202Iat 1 1 am local time by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of Nguti Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

A bid shall be rejected if: It lacks bid bond;

It has any fake or forged document; It lacks any quantified unit price; It carnes any false information. It does not respect the mode! documents

The bidder has antecedents of abandoned or uncompleted projects.

The Contracting Authority shah award the

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
