The furnishing, aim of the present Request for quotation, constitutes a single share of 57 items:

Participation in this Request for quotation is open to all companies and enterprises operating in Cameroon:

   - Having a financial capacity enabling them to deliver the goods with in reasonable deadline

   -Having fournished similar goods with is similar deadline 2014, 2015 or  2016.

 Request for quotation can  be obtained as from the publication of the present consultation notice at the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts of Mfoundi at Omnisports, opposite BUCREP (in the Secretariat of the Divisional Delegate).This could be done during opening hours and days upon presentation of a non refindable 50 000 (fifty thousands) CFA francs payable at the Public Treasury.payment receipt of

This receipt must identify the payee as the legal representative of the enterprise willing to take part in this equest for quotation.

On procuring their bids, bidders shall be duly registered with their full addresses indicating: P.O. Box; Fax; Telex; Telephone numbers and E-Mail.

Each bid, written in French or in English, should be presented in 07 (seven) copies (01 original and 06 duplicate). It should reach the Tender’s Board Office of the Divisional Delegation of Mfoundi at latest at 12 o’clork, local time on 17 feb 2017 and should be labelled:

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION N° 01/RQ /MPC/CRD/MDD/TBC/2017 OF 23 JAN 2017 FOR THE FURNITURE OF THE INFIRMERY MATERIALS AT THE CENTRAL PRISON OF YAOUNDE MFOUNDI DIVISION, CENTRE REGION

NB: “to be opened only at the official session of the tenders’ board”

   It is fourty five (45) days as from the date of notification of service order.

Each tender should bide to his file a bank statement for tender issued by a first rang accredited bank by the MINISTRY OF FINANCE. The amount should be of six hundred thousand (600.000)francs CFA having 45 days validity as from the opening date of tender, and which would be released the day following of the publication of results to tenders who were not successful. The successful tender will have to wait until when the goods have been delivered.

To avoid a possible rejection of bids, all required administrative documents that will be less than three (03) months old, must be presented in the original or in copies certified by the issuing authority, in conformity with the Special Tenders Instructions.

This submission file must be stamped and signed following consultation file, and must present the cost without and taxes comprised.

Bids shall be opened in one round on the 17 feb 2017  at 13 o’clork, local time, in the Conference Hall of the Divisional Delegation of Mfoundi. The exercise shall be conducted by members of MDD Tenders Board and in the presence of the bidders or their duly authorised representatives with a perfect knowledge of the file.

Eliminatory criteria state the minimal conditions to fulfil to be admissible to evaluation. Non respect of these criteria will definitely lead to the rejection of the tender’s file.

They are:

- Absence of tenders bid,

- Absence of any administrative document,

- Any false or falsified administrative document,

- Absence of any Item in the estimate,

- Absence of materials pictures and technicals specifications,

- Non conformity to tender’s model.

The contract will be awarded to the tender requiring the least and  fulfilling the highest required administrative and technical capacities.

This period last for 45 days as from the date of consultation notice.
