Within the framework of the 2021 Public lnvestment Budget. the Senior Divisional Officer for Fako, Delegated Contracting Authority, on behalf of the Minister of Secondary Education hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF TWO (02) CLASSROOMS AT GTTC, LIMBE I.
FAKO DIVISION

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specification

The estimated costs alter preliminary studies is twenty two mill ion(22 000 000) FCfa

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian Enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

The works which fonn the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Public Investment Budget of the 2021 financial year; Budget Head No: 55 25 01 5619323 2222

Inerested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours (7;30 a.m. to 3;30 p.m.) as from OS/03/2021, date of publication of this tender notice. al the Divisional Office Fako, Limbe.

The complete) tender file may be obtained from the Divisional Office Fako upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting. the payment of a non-refundable sum of 40 000 (Forty Thousand) at the Divisional Treasury Limbe, during working hours (7:30am to 3:30pm)

1.            The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at three (03) months.

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bançaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document I I of this tender file of an amount of four hundred and forty thousand (440 000)fcfa

Each hid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach Divisional Office Fako on the 29/03/2021, at 10:00am local lime and labeled.
