Unsuccessful bidders are called upon to withdraw their tender documents from the Mayor of Isangele Council office (tender board secretariat) within fifteen days from the date of publication of this communiqué, failure to do that, the said documents shah be disposed without further notices. This communiqué serves as a notice for the release of all bid bonds by the appropriate commercial banks.
