This present Invitation to tender have as objet tender the control and supervision entretien works of the CONSTRUCTION OF A PERMANENT BRIDGE OVER THE RIVER SOLE in Nlonako sub-division, Moungo division.
Services to perform in this contract are:
-Direction of works execution (DWE);
-Organization and piloting of building site (OPB);
-Assistance to reception operations (ARO).
The estimated cost of services is 6 800 000F CFA all cost included (six million eight hundred thousand F CFA).
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to all company of Cameroonian right.

“To be opened only during the bid-opening session”
The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Project Owner or Delegated Project Owner for the execution of the works subject of this tender shall be 07 (seven) months.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first rate-bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance featuring on the list in document 12 of the tender file of an amount of 136 000 F CFA and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of the validity of the offers.
Offers parvenu after the limit date of depositing offers or the ones not respecting the separation mode of financial offer from administrative and technical will be inadmissible.
The bids shall be opened in two (02) phases in the conference hall of Eboné council.
The opening of the administrative documents and the technical offers shall take place on 15/04/2021 at 11 AM by the Tenders Board attached to the Contracting Authority in the deliberationhall at Ebone Council.
Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a person of their choice.
The opening of the financial offers shall take place after the result of the 1st phase.
