Article 1: That, the Contract to carry out THE RURAL  ELECTRIFICATION OF NJIKWA IN MOMO DIVISION BY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE. Following the invitation to tender mentioned above is awarded to the enterprise herein mentioned below, as follows:
