Within the framework of the 2021 Public Investment Budget, the Mayor of Idenau Council hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by Emergency Procedure FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF 02 CLASSROOMS AT GOVERNMENT SCHOOL (G.S.) GROUP II IDENAU
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided for in the technical specifications
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 17 000 000 F CFA.
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of this invitation to tender.
Services, subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2021 financial year as follows: BUDGETARY HEAD: 5515 6419 1922 22 CREDIT NUMBER: IW01441

The file may be obtained from the office of the General Secretariat, Idenau Council as soon as this notice is published against payment of a non-refundable sum of 30.000 FCFA for the tender to the Idenau Municipal Treasury with an acknowledgement receipt thereof

FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF 02 CLASSROOMS AT G.S GROUP II IDENAU.

Any document poorly drawn-up, not bound as per Article 24 of the Public Contracts Code or not produced in Seven (7) copies shall be rejected
The bids shah be opened in a single (01) phase 19/04/2021 11.00 am local time by the Idenau Council Internai Tenders Board in the Conference Hall, located at Idenau Council premises. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney
Main Eliminatory Criteria
A bid shall be rejected if:
It lacks a bid bond in the Administrative document;
The technical score is less than the minimum required;
It has any fake or forged document;
Absence of quantified unit price.
Noncompliance with the model bid documents (Documents 9 and 10).
- It curies any false information.
- Enterprise has any abandoned project
ii.. Main Qualification criteria
The criteria for qualification of candidates should be on the following:
- Access to credit or other financial sources (10 million francs at least): Yes / No
- References of similar jobs: Yes / No
- Availability of material and essential equipment : Yes / No
- Experience of supervisory staff: Yes / No
- Methodology Yes/No
- Turnover as in business license above or equal to 17 million francs CFA;
v Qualified personnel relevant to the job.
Non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shah entail rejection of the bid.
NB: the marking scale for bids by award of points is banned in favour of the binary method (Yes or No).
The Contract shah be awarded to the contractor fulfilling the best technical and financial conditions.
Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
