The tender is open to duly Iegalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Public Invest Budget of the 2021 financial year; budget head: 5530393036419042226921
information during working hours as from the date of publication of this tender notice, at the Alou council office, Tel 677839236
The complete tender file may be obtained from the Alou council office, upon presentation of a municipal treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a nonrefundable sum of fifty thousand (50,000) FCFA,
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Secretariat of the mayor of Alou council, not later than 05/04/2021 and 10:am for lot 2 local time and labeled.
The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at Th ree (03) months.
Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC
(Commission Bançaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of the tender file of an amount of 340,000 FCFA for each lot with a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bid is opened

The bids shall be opened in single (01) phase on 05/04/2021 2021 at 10:30am for local time by the Tender Board of the Delegated Contracting authority in the Conference Hall of Alou council, in the presence of the bidders or du ly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file.

The non-respect of at least any 2 criteria shall cause the elimination of the bid.
