Contracting Authority hereby launches an OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER BY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE FOR THE REHABILITATION OF AN IHC AT BACHUO­AKAGBE, TINTO MUNICIPALITY, UPPER BANYANG SUB DIVISION, MANYU DIVISION, SOUTH WEST REGION as follows:

The work comprise the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specification and the quantitative estimates.

This project shall be financed by the relevant credit allocation in the PIB 2021 of the Republic of Cameroon as per the imputation:

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of invitation to tender.

The tender file can be consulted and obtained as from the date of publication of this invitation to tender, at the Tinto Council Contracta Office (Boom 3), Tel: 677 43 47 25/ 677 80 45 11.

The file may be consulted during working hours at the Tinto Council Chambers (Tinto Town) as soon as this notice is published.

With effect from the date of signature of this Tender Notice upon presentation of receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of forty Thousand (40,000) CFA francs, payable at the Municipal Treasury Tinto. A copy of the receipt showing payment of the fee shall be attached to the bid.

The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Contracting Authority shah be Three (03) Months.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the tender file, of an amount of

The offers shah be opened in single phase. The opening of Administrative Offers (Envelope A), the Technical Offers (Envelope B) and Financial Offers (Envelope C) on 16/03/2021 at 10 am local time by the Tinto Council Tenders Board situated at the Tinto Council Conference Hall.

1. 8.           Bid shah be rejected when:

• The lack or non-conformity of bid security;

>     False declaration or forged documents;

> They are incomplete or for non-conformity of administrative documents; Incomplete Technical or financial Documents;

>     Technical characteristics which are not in conformity with those specified in the special Technical conditions.

The non-respect of three (03) criteria shah cause the elimination of the offer

The contract shall be awarded to the lowest bidder who satisfies the administrative and technical disposition.

Bidders will remain committed to their offers for Sixty (60) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
