Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2021 the Mayor of Tinto Council (Contracting Authority) hereby launches anOPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER (BY THE EMERGENCY PROCEDURE) FOR THE REHABILITATION OF A WAREHOUSE IN TINTO TOWN, UPPER BANYANG SUB DIVISION, MANYU DIVISION, SOUTH WEST REGION
The works comprise notably:
- 100: PRELIMINARY WORKS
- 200: EARTH WORKS
- 300: UNDERPINING OF THE FOUNDATION
- 400: REPAIRS ON DAMAGED ELEVATION AND BLOCK MASONRY WORKS
- 500: ROOF WORKS
- 600: METAL WORK
- 700: ELECTRICAL WIRING OF THEWAREHOUSE
- 800: EXTERNSION OF THE COMMUNITY WATER SYSTEM TO THE WAREHOUSE
The total estimated cost of the works of this project after preliminary studies is Fifty-three million nine hundred and twenty-six thousand, one hundred and seventy-five (23 000 000)FCFA as programmed in the 2021 Budget.
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to all registered Cameroonian enterprises. with the necessary technical, financial and legal capacities.
Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by PIB 2021 BUDGET HEAD: No. 55 30 393 03 641910 2226 921 Record: No. IW04286

The maximum deadline provided for the execution of the works forming thisFirst Phase of the project subject of this invitation to tender is four (04) months.:
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, andof an amount for the total project ofFour hundred and Sixty thousand (460 000) FCFA which is valid for Ninety (90) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

The bids shall be opened in a single phase. The opening of administrative documents. the technical and financial bids on/ 16/04/ 2021 at 10 am prompt local time by the Tinto Council Internai Tenders Board situated at the Conference Hall of the Tinto Council Chambers.
Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person.
Eliminatory criteria

¨ Absence of bid bond,
- False declaration or forged document in file.
- History of bad execution of similar work or on-going legal suit with Government;
¨ Non-compliance with major technical specifications worth 70% ,
¨ Absence of quantified unit price.
