The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has received funding from the Islamic Development Bank (IDE) towards the cost of the GRASSFIELD PARTICIPATORY AND INTEGRATED RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (GP-IRDP) and intends to apply a portion of this financing to eligible payments under the Contract for the construction of bridges and culverts in the North West Region in seven (7) lots.

CONSTRUCTION OF BRIDGES AND CULVERTS IN 8 LOTS

The Project Coordinator of GRASSFIELD PARTICIPATORY AND INTEGRATED RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (GP-IRDP), invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the following.

Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in IsDB's Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing April 2019 ("Procurement Guidelines"), and is open to all eligible bidders as defmed in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.18 -21 setting forth IsDB's policy on conflict of interest.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from GRASSFIELD PARTICIPATORY AND INTEGRATED RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (GPIRDP), Muluh Gregory Nguh and e-mail: muluhgn@vahoo.com. info@gpderudep.org and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays at the address given below.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of sixty-five thousand (65,000) FCFA, payable to the Cashier of GP-IRDP against a receipt. The method of payment will be cash to the Cashier of GP-IRDP against a receipt. The document will be issued to the bidder at the same address below upon presentation of the receipt of purchase of tender.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before the 11/05/2021 at 11:00 a.m. local time (GMT+1). Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders* designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on the 11/05/2021 as from 12:00 noon local time.
