IN SOME LOCALITIES IN BUEA SUBDIVISION OF THE FAKO DIVISION- SOUTH WEST REGION.
Lot 1: Construction of an Electrical powered Borehole at Molyko
Lot 2: Construction of an Electrical powered Borehole at Great Soppo
The works that are subject of the present tender consist of:
Preliminary works;
Drilling works;
Design-Cleaning and Development-Pumping test;
Superstructure and pump installation;
Distribution of water
Maintenance System.
Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the Buea Council Investment Budget of the 2021 financial year, budget head No. 220 150 for the budgeted amount for these works is estimated at Thirty five million (35,000,000) FCFA for both lots. That is 17,500,000 FCFA per lot

Participation in this Open National Invitation to Tender by emergency procedure is opened to all Cameroonian enterprise
Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the Buea Council Investment Budget of the 2021 financial year, budget head No. 220 150 for the budgeted amount for these works is estimated at Thirty five million (35,000,000) FCFA for both lots. That is 17,500,000 FCFA per lot
The file may be consulted during working hours at the office of the Private Secretary to the Mayor of Buea Council, Tel: 233 32 35 63 from the date of publication of this notice.
The file may be obtained from the office of the Private Secretary to the Mayor of Buea Council as soon as this notice is published against a payment of a non-refundable sum of Fifty three thousand (53.000) FCFA payable at the Buea Council Treasury.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies comprising one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the office to the priyate secretary of
the Mayor Buea Council South West Region, net later than ................. / at
local time in three (03) distinct envelopes which shall be labelled as :follows:
- Envelop A : administrative documents;(spiral bound with ail pages numbered),
- Envelop B : technical offer;(spiral bound with ail pages numbered),
- Envelop C : financial offer.(spiral bound with ail pages numbered).
These three (03) envelops will be put in a fourth one which shall be sealed and

The maximum execution deadline of the work per lot shall be 03 (Three) months from the date of issue of Service Order for the commencement of works.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security of FCFA 350 000 (Three hundred and fifty thousand) per lot or a combined rate of 700 000 (Seven hundred thousand) FCFA for the two lots.
Each bid must have a validity of 90 days with effect from the date of bids opening. The bid security must be issued by a renowned banking institution approved by the Ministry of Finance.
Administrative documents must be less than three months old and must not be signed after the date of submission of bids. Only originals or copies certified by competent authorities of administrative documents required must imperatively be produced. Bids which fail to comply with this requirement will be rejected.

Council Chamber Room 106 by the Buea Council Tenders Board, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney).
- 12. 13.1: Main Eliminatory Criteria: Bids shall be rejected for:
13.1.1: Administrative file
- Absence of bid bond in the Administrative file,
- silure ta present any missing document in the administrative offer 48hours after opening
¨ False declaration or forged documents,
¨ Absence of a quantified unit price,
¨ Presence on MINMAP's list of Enterprises which abandoned the execution of contracts;
- Site visit attestation
13.1.2: Technical Proposai
- A technical score of less than 70%.
n Lack of Proof of Ownership or of hiring of drilling equipment
13.1.3: Financial Proposai
n Incomplete financial bid;
- Omission of a quantified unit price in the price schedule;
- Absence of a sub-detailed (breakdown) of price.
13.2: Main Qualification/Essential Criteria
