Within the framework of the 2021 planning aiming at meeting the aspirations of the local population, the Mayor of the Douala IV Sub-Divisional Council, the contracting authority, launches an Open National Invitation to Tender, for the execution of the construction of one culvert 2,00 x 1,50 x 7.00 in Bonendale-Petit Bonanjo-Bonabéri-Douala.

The works to be executed mainly include:

• Preliminary works (site installation);
• Sanitation — Drainge
• Embankment -Technical Block pose.

The estimated cost for the execution of construction is ten million and three hundred thirty Pive thousand (10 335 000) FCFA.

This tender is in single lot.

Only companies incorporated under Cameroonian law and possessing the required financial, technical and legal capabilities are allowed to participate in this tender Participation of companies in the form of a consortium or outsourcing in accordance with existing regulations is allowed.

Seven (07) copies of complete Tenders written in English or French, one (01) original and six (6) photocopies labeled respectfully as original or photocopy shall be deposited in sealed envelopes at the Douala IV Sub-Divisional Council (in the Contracting Authority's Cabinet), 2nd floor, Room 01, P.O. The deadline for execution provided by the Contracting authority for the execution of the works shah not exceed forty five (45) days from the date of notification of the service order of commencement of the construction.

The tenders must be accompanied by a Provisional surety-bond (bid bond) established according to the model stipulated in the bidding document and issued by a first-rate bank which is approved by the Ministry of Finance and amounting to the amount set here below: 2% of the tender amount with taxes included of the offer 206 700 (two hundred six thousand and seven hundred) FCFA.

To avoid any rejection, the administrative documents required, should imperatively be the originals or certified true copies (certified by the issuing service) in conformity with the Special Regulation of this Invitation to Tender.
They must'be dated not more than three (03) months preceding the date of submission of bids. 12.3 All tenders that don not conform to the prescriptions of this notice and those of the Tender documents, will be declared inadmissible. The non-respect of the format of tender documents will result to the rejection of the tender, without any possibility to appeal.

Opening of bids (envelops, double envelops and sub-packages) will take place on the 07 May 2021 at 1 pm and will be a single session of the Douala IV sub-divisional Council's Internai Tender Board Commission and will hold at the Douala IV sub-divisional Town Hall at the conference Room, 2"^d storey door 11.
The tenderers or their duly mandated representatives who have a perfect knowledge of the file can take part in this opening session.
