Mindful of law n° 2016/018 of 14/12/2017 stating the Finance law of the Republic of Cameroon for fiscal year 2018;

Mindful of decree n° 93/029 of 19/01/1993 to organize the administrative and academic life of the University of Dschang;

Mindful of decree n°2001/048 of23/02/2001 to create, organize and spell out the functioning of the Regulatory Agency of Public Contracts modified and completed by decree n°2012/076 of 08/03/2012;

Mindful of decree n°2004/275 of 24/09/2004 to lay down the Public contracts Code;

Mindful of decree n°2005/342 of 10/09/2005 modifying and completing some provisions of decree n° 93/027 of 19/01/1993 to lay down common provisions for the Universities;

Mindful of decree n°2005/383 of 17/10/2005 to lay down financial rules applicable to the Universities;

Mindful of decree n° 2011/408 of09/12/2011 to organize the Government;

Mindful of decree n°2011/412 of 09/12/2011 to organize the Presidency of the Republic;

Mindful of decree n° 2012/074 of08/03/2012 to create, organize and spell out the functioning Of the Commissions of Public contracts award, modified and completed by decree n° 2013/27 of 05/08/2013

Mindful of decree n° 2012/075 of 08/03/2012 to organize the Ministry of Public contracts;

Mindful of decree n° 2014/047 of 03/02/2014 appointing the President of the University of Dschang Administrative Council;

Mindful of decree n° 2015/398 of 15/08/2015 appointing Vice-Chancellors of State Universities.

Mindful of circular letter n°001/CAB/PR of June 19, 2012 in connection to the award and control of the execution of public contracts;

Mindful order n''381/CAB/PR of 28/08/2000 to create financial controls within the State Universities;

Mindful of order n° 581/MINFl of 17/05/2013 appointing officials in the Ministry of Finance

Mindful of the joint order n° 00000226/MlNMAP/MlNFI of 06/08/2013 to spell out session allowances of Presidents, Members and Secretaries of Commissions of contracts Award, Presidents, Members and Rapporteurs of Sub-Commissions of analysis of tender files, as well as general allowances given to the staff of the Ministry of Public Contracts involved in the award, follow-up and control of public contracts;

Mindful of order n°008/MlNFl of 10/03/2016 appointing officials in the Ministry of Finance;

Mindful of Decision n°0000024/CAB/MINMAP of 06/05/2016 designating the President of the Internal Commission of Public Contracts Award at the University of Dschang;

Mindful of circular letter n°001/C/MlNFI of02/01/2018 to lay down instructions linked to the execution of the finance laws, follow-up and control of the execution of the State budget of public and administrative Establishments, of local administration and other subsidizedbodies for the fiscal year 2018;

Considering service necessities and budgetary allocations of fiscal year 2018;

DECIDES

ARTICLE ONE : The contract award pertaining to the above-mentioned consultation is follows:

ARTICLE TWO: The Enterprises concerned are requested to urgently get in contact with the Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs and the Directorate of Infrastructure, Planning and Development of the University of Dschang to continue the formalites. On the other hand, bidders whose files have not been retained, are called upon to withdraw the said files within fifteen days, if not they will be destroyed.
