Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget of MINDUB, 2021 financia! year projects, the Mayor of Guider, hereby launches an invitation to tender an Open National Invitation to tender in urgency procédure for the works construction of four class-rooms in four primary school in Guider Council

The Works subject of this contract include:

Preparatory works;

Terracing

- Elévation;

Framework Cover;

Joinery Wood and metallic;

Electricity;

Plumbing - Sanitary;

Coating;

Painting and equipment.

The estimated cost of the opération following prior stands is nine millions (9 000 000) FCFA by lot.

The works shall be divided in four lots like following:

Participation in this invitation to tender ts open to equal conditions in ail enterprises of Buildings and the Public Works, installed on the national territory.

works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the Council Budget, 2021 financial year.

The tender file may be consulted during working hours at the public service of tender, situated in Guider council as soon as this notice is published

The file may be obtained from the Public Service of tender Authority, situated in Guider cityas soon as this notice is published against payment of a non-refundable sum of twenty thousand 20 000 CFA francs payable at council Treasury of Guider.

Each offer drafted in English or French in seven (7) copies including the original and six (6) copies marked as such, should reachat the council service ofTenders' Board of Guider not laterthan14/05/2021 atlOp.m o'clock and should carry the inscription :

"OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER IN EMERGENCY PROCEDURE /ONIT/NR/D42/GDER- C/ITB/2021 OF FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR CLASS-ROOMS IN FOUR (04) PRIMARY SCHOOL IN GUIDER COUNCIL"

"TO BE OPENED ONLY DURING THE BID-OPENING SESSION"

The maximum exécution deadiine provided for by the Project Owner for the exécution of the works subject of this tender shall be three (03) months.

Each bidder musî include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first rate-bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance featuring on the list in document 12 of the tender file of an amount of One hundred and eighty thousand (180 000 FCFA) by lot, where need be; contract in accordance with the order In force, the Contracting Authority the conditions for the invitation and valid for thirty (30) days beyond date of the validity of the offers.

Under pain of rejection, the administrative documents required, must be produced in originals or true copies certified by the issuing service or an administrative authority (Senior Divisional Officer, Divisional Officer...) in accordance with the Spécial Conditions of the invitation to tender.

They must not be older than three preceding the original date of submission of bids (3) months or must not have been established after the signing of the tender notice.

Any incomplète offer in accordance with the prescriptions ofthis notice and tender file shall bedeclared inadmissible. Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance.

The bids shall be opened in single phase. The opening of the administrative documents and the technical and financial on at 11 o'clock local time by theTenders Board of Guider Council, in the room of the meetings situated in Guider Council. The bidders may attend or be duly represented by a person of their choice.

It will be considered the amounts out taxes at the end of the assessment of the financial offer, the market will be assigned to the tenderer filling the requisite technic-financial specificities and whose financial offer is valued least sayîng.

Lasted of validity of the offers technical and financial requisite The tenderers remain committed by their offer during 90 days from the date limits fixed for the discount of the offers.
