The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of invitation to tender.
These projects shall be financed by the relevant credit allocation in the Public Investment Budget 2021 as per the imputation:

The tender file can be consulted and obtained as from the date of publication of this invitation to tender at the Eyumojock Council Secretariat.
The file may be consulted during working hours at the Eyumojock Council, as soon as this notice is published.
The file may be obtained from the Eyumojock Council Secretariat as soon as this notice is published against payment of the sum of Fifteen thousand (15,000) CFA francs, payable at the Municipal Treasury, Eyumojock Council for a non refundable fee representing the cost of the tender file.
Each bid drafted in English or French in five (05) copies including one original and four (04) copies marked as such, should be submitted against receipt to Public Contract not later than 07th May, 2021 at 09.00am and should carry the inscription:

The maximum Execution deadline provided for by the Contracting Authority shah be One (01) month.
Each bidder must include in his Administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No.12 of the tender file, of an amount of One hundred and sixty thousand (160 000) CFA francs per lot for a validity period of thirty (30) days from the date of opening.
On pain of being rejected, only originals or true copies certified by the issuing service or administrative authorities must imperativeiy be produced in accordance with the Special Regulations of the invitation to tender. They must obligatorily be not older than three (3) months preceding the date of submission of offers or may be established after the signature of the tender notice. Any offer not in conformity with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shah be declared inadmissible. Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Minister in charge of Finance or the non respect of the models of the tender file documents shah lead to a pure and simple rejection of the offer.
The offers shah be opened in single phase. The opening of Administrative Offers (Envelope A) and Financial Offers (Envelope C) on Friday, 07th May, 2021 at 10.00 am local time by the Eyumojock Council Tenders Board situated at the Conference Hall of Equmojock Council.

The non respect of three (03) criteria shall cause the elimination of the offer.
The contract shall be awarded to the lowest bidder who satisfies the Administrative and Technical dispositions.
Bidders will remain committed to their offers for thirty (30) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
