The Supply of the Vitro Plantlets shall be financed by the CDC 2021 Budget
Interested Bidders can consult the tender documents at the General Manager's Office (Room 208), CDC Head Office Bota — Limbe, South West Region, Cameroon during working hours (7am to 4pm) Monday to Friday as from the
06/05/21 Bidders shall be expected to pay a non-refundable fixed sum of 55,000FCFA for the Tender to the ARMP Special Account No. 9756866000-1-28 with BICEC.

06/05/21 Bidders shall be expected to pay a non-refundable fixed sum of 55,000FCFA for the Tender to the ARMP Special Account No. 9756866000-1-28 with BICEC.
Complete offers written in either English or French and in SEVEN (7) copies
(One (1) Original and Six (6) Copies) sealed in an envelope shall be deposited at the General Manager's Office (Room 314), CDC Head Office Bota — Limbe on or before the 21/05/21 at 1.00pm Local time
The duration of execution of the supplies shall be 45 days for delivery to the CDC Banana Department, Tiko for Local bidders from the date of notification of the services order to commence
Bidders shall provide a Tender guarantee amounting to 724,000 FCFA The bid bond (tender guarantee) shall be issued by any Nationally recognised Bank and any financial Institution authorised to issue Bid Bonds for Public Contracts as per the list in Doc. 11 for local bidders. The bid bond shall have a validity
period of Ninety (90) days from the date the bids are opened.

The Bid Opening session shall take place at the Internai Tenders Board Office opposite CDC Head office Bota-Limbe on the 21/05/21 at 2pm local time in the presence of the Bidders or their duly mandated representatives. Only one Representative per bid shah' be allowed to attend the Bid Opening Session.
Bids shall be rejected when:
- They have Incomplete Technical/financial offer
- They have falsified documents/false declarations
- There is non-conformity of an administrative document 48hrs after Bid opening
-There is absence of Bid bond
