Director General of the South West Development Authority (SOWEDA) hereby launches a 1:.e.luest for the Expression of Interest for the Pre-Qualification of Consultancy Firms to Audit the Accounts and Financial Statements of SOWEDA for the 204 Financial Year,
file services that are subject of this request for expression of interest shall involve the audit of the accounts and financial statements of SOWEDA for the 2021 financial year, following international audit standards (IAS).

Participation in this expression of interest is open to ail Cameroonian based consultancy firms with sufticient technical competence and national expérience in the audit of accounts.
- 2. Funding
The services Nvhich are the subject of the Invitation to Tender that shall be launched subsequent w this Request for Expression of Interest shall be financed by SOWEDA 2022 running budget.
The openinii and evaluation of application files in view of pre-qualifying the consultancy finns shah be carried out at SOWEDA. Buea.
Administrative documents which should not be more than three (3) months old and valid for the 2022
financial year include photocopies of:
- A signed and stamped (1,000frs fiscal stamp) letter of declaration of intention of the consultant to
participate in the bidding procedure (Motivation Letter).
- Photocopies of relevant administrative and fiscal documents allowing them to carry out business in
Cameroon including: Attestation of business registration issued by the Ministry of Commerce. Certificate of tax clearance issued b' Taxation Deputment, Attestation of Tax Payer's Registration. Attestation of Non-Bankruptcv.

sur.ement of capability and experience indicatinu that they are qualified to perform the :ces required. This should be supported by brochures, attestation/evidence and description of experience in similar assignments accomplished and duly received, availability of appropriate

Absence of any of the requirements or conditions stated about the personnel
9. Eliminatory Criteria
- Ineomplete administrative documents
- False declaration or falsified document
- Lack of appropriate personnel.
10. Indicative Selection Criteria
The consultants shah be pre-selected on the oasis of:
- Experience, especially in similar assignments (45/100)
- The caliber of human resources in relation te this assignment (45/100)
- General presentation of file (10/100).
Selected firms shah be invited to participate in the restricted national tender for the recruitment of the consultancy firm to carry OUT the activity that is subject of this call for expression of interest.
