The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has received funding from the Islamic Development Bank (IDE) towards the cost of the GRASSFIELD PARTICIPATORY AND INTEGRATED RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (GPIRDP) and intends to apply a portion of this financing to eligible payments under the Contract for the construction/rehabilitation of water supplies schemes in the North West Region in 6 lots.

Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in IsDB's Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and related services xinder Islamic Development Bank Project Financing April 2019 ("Procurement Guidelines"), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from GRASSFIELD PARTICIPATORY AND INTEGRATED RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (GPIRDP), Muluh Gregory Nguh and e-mail; muluhgn@vahoo.com. info@gpderudep.org and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays at the address given below.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be piarchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of sixty-five thousand (65,000) FCFA, payable to the Cashier of GP-IRDP against a receipt. The method of payment will be cash to the Cashier of GP-IRDP against a receipt. The document will be issued to the bidder at the same address below upon presentation of the receipt of purchase of tender.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before the 01/07/2021 at 11:00 a.m. local time (GMT+1). Electronic bidding will not be permitted.
Late bids will be rejected.
