The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has received funding from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) towards the cost of the GRASSFIELD PARTICIPATORY AND INTEGRATED RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (GP-IRDP) and intends to apply a portion of this financing to eligible payments under the Contract for the construction of 06 community resource centres and 10 cocoa dryers in the North West Region in 4 lots

Construction of 6 community resource centers and 10 cocoa dryers in North West Region in 4 lots

NB: Bidders can bid for more than 01 lot but can be attributed more than one lot only on the condition the bidder has presented a separate list of personnel and materials for each lot and fulfilled the financial and experience criteria for the lots grouped together.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of sixty-five thousand (65,000) FCFA, payable to the Cashier of GP-IRDP against a receipt. The method of payment will be cash to the Cashier of GP-IRDP against a receipt. The document will be issued to the bidder at the same address below upon presentation of the receipt of purchase of tender.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before the 18/08/2021 at 11:00 a.m. local time (GMT+1). Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
