The Lord Mayor of Santa Council, Contracting Authority hereby launches a Request for Quotation for the Supply of Medical equipment to Some Integrated Health Centres in Santa Council Area divided into two (02) lots.
The services of this request for quotation include the supply of items described in the bill of quantities and cost estimates below;
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 7,500,000 (Seven million five hundred thousand francs) per lot;
The supplies are divided into 2 lots as follows;
LOT No 1: Supply of Medical Equipment to IMC BAB II
LOT No 2: Medical Equipment to IHC MENKA
A bidder may tender for both lots but cannot be awarded more than one.
Participation to this consultation is open to Small and Medium Size Enterprises with proven experience in this domain.
Supplies which form the subject of this Request for Quotation shall be financed by the 2019 Public Investment Budget of the Ministry of Health, budget heads No.-

The file may be consulted and obtained at the Santa Council, Mayor's Secretariat with effect from, the date of signature of this Tender Notice upon presentation of a receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fund of 40,000 (Francs CFA forty thousand Francs) into the Santa Council Municipality Treasury, representing the cost of purchasing the tender file

Bids will be opened on the 26/03/2019 at 11;00AM in the comference hall of the Santa Council Internal Tender's Board, by the TEnder's members, in the presence of all bidders or their mandated representatives with full knowledge of the files if they so desire.
The bids will be evaluated exclusively of value added tax (EVAT) and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by a signed model submission.
