Cameroon Shipyard and Industrial Engineering Limited (CNIC) has obtained a loan from the African Development Bank (AfDB)hereinafter referred to as "the Bank" to finance the Project of the Construction of Infrastructure for the Repair of Oil Rigs/Platforms in Limbe. The company also intends to use part of the funds to carry out partial roofing of the workshop of the Limbe Shipyard Project.

Bidding will be conducted through an Open Competitive Bidding (national), procedures as specifı.ed in the Bank's Raies and Procedures for Procurement of Goods and Works (May 2008 Edition, Revised July 2012), and, precisely, through"Single Stage" Bidding Procedures. It is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework.

The General Manager of Cameroon Shipyard and Industrial Engineering Limited is therefore inviting sealed Bids from eligible Bidders to carry out the partial roofing of the workshop in the Limbe Shipyard Project.

A complete set of bidding documents may be obtained from Cameroon Shipyard and Industrial Engineering Limited (Execution Unit of the Limbe Shipyard Project), against the presentation of a receipt of the payment of a non-refundable fee of 100 000 FCFA (one hundred thousand CFA francs), in a special account CAS-ARMP No. 335 988 60001-94 opened at the agencies of BICEC Cameroon, representing the acquisition costs of the file.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before   06/10/2021 at 12 noon prompt (local time). Electronic Bidding shall not be accepted. Late Bids shall be rejected out rightly. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of Bidders'' desienated representatives or anyone who chooses to attend at the address below, on 06/10/2021  at 1:00 p.m Local in the Meeting Room of the Cameroon Shipyard and Industrial Engineering Limited. Bids should be inserted in a big sealed envelope bearing the following inscription:

A site visit to Limbe condııctedby the Employer, followed by a Pre-Bid meeting shall be organized in Limbe on 14/09/2021  at 10 am, local time.
