The General Manager of the Cameroon Development Corporation launches an Open National Invitation to Tender No. 001/CDC/GBM/ITB/17 for the construction and installation of Potable water filtration systems in the CDC Banana Department.

The works comprises of the Construction/Installation in the CDC Banana Department as per the following lots;

• Lot 1: Construction /Installation of Potable Water Filtration System at Moquo Clinic
• Lot 2: Construction /Installation of Potable Water Filtration System at Benoe Clinic

This Open National Invitation to Tender is open to Enterprises that have proven their ability in the execution of such works.

The works forming the subject of this invitation to tender shall be Financed by the CDC 2017 budget and the European Union as per Banana Accompanying Measures (BAM) 2016 programme.

Interested Bidders can consult the tender file at the CDC Head Office (Room 208), during working hours (7.30 a.m to 4 p.m) Mondays to Fridays as from 30/01/17

Bidders can collect complete tender documents from the CDC Head Office (lila/Dm 208) during working hours (7.30 am to 4prn) Mondays to Fridays as from 30/1/17 upon the payment of a non-refundable sum of 90, 000FCFA for the Tender file to ARMP Special Account No.335 98800001-89 with BICEC Cameroon.

Complete offers written in either English or French and in Seven (7) copies (One Original and Six Copies) sealed in an envelope shall be deposited at the General Manager's Office on or before the 03/03/2017 at 1.00 p.m local Ume. The seafed envelope should carry the inscription:

The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at Sixteen (16) weeks.

Bidders shall provide Bid Bonds issued by a Commercial Bank or Financial Institution authorised to issue Bid Bonds for Public Contracts as per the list in Doc. 11 as follows;

The Bid Bonds shall have a varidity period of 120 deys from the date the bids are opened.

Bids that do not conform with this invitation to tender shall be rejected.

The Bid Opening session shall take place at the CDC Internai Tenders Board's Office opposite CDC Head Office Bota-Limbe on the 03/03/2017 at 2.00 pni local Ume in the presence of the Bidders or their duly mandated representatives. Only one Representative per bidder shall be allowed to attend the bid opening session.

Bids shall be rejected when:

• They lad< proper Administrative documents.
• They do not have complete Financiai Offers.
• They do not score 5 out of 6 of the main qualification criteria which must include a, b and c.
• They do not conform with the Technical specifications
• They have falsified document

MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

• The criteria relating to the qualification of a biclder are as follows:

NOTA BEN — The non-respect of 5 out of 6 of the above criteria which must include A, B and C shall result to the elimination of the offer.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF LOTS WHICH A BIDDER CAN WIN:

Bidders are allowed to Tender for more than one lot and can win more than one lot.

Bidders shall remain committed to their offers for a period NINETY (90) Days from the date of bid opening.
