The General Manager of the Cameroon Development Corporation launches an Urgent Open National Invitation to Tender No. 002/CDC/GOP/GRD/TSD/ITB/17 of 30/1/17 for the supply/transportation of road filling materials, rehabilitation of palet oil storage. tank and the construction of lno. 12m span Reinforced Concrete Bridge in CDC.

The works comprises of the following Lots:

• Lot One: Supply and spread of volcanic ash (grave!) to Kompina Rubber Estate Roads including grading, ditching, shootouts, water and compaction.
• Lot Two: Transportation of volcanic laterite (grave!) from Mundongo to Mbonge Rubber Estate Roads.
• Lot Three: Rehabilitation of the CDC Palm Oil Storage tank at the Douala Port.
• Lot Four: Construction of I no. 12m Span Reinforced Concrete Bridge in the CDC Illoani Oil Palets Estate.

This National Invitation to Tender is open to Enterprises that have proven their ability in the execution of SUC works.

The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the CDC 2017 Budget.

Interested Bidders can consult the tender file at the CDC Head Office (Room 208), during working hours (7.30 a.m to 4 p.m) Mondays to Fridays as from 30/01/2017

Bidders can collect complete tender documents from the CDC Head Office (Room 208) during working hours (7.30 am to 4pm) Mondays to Fridays as from 30/01/2017 upon the payment of a non-refundable sum of 100,000 fcfa for the Tender to ARMP Special Account No. 335 98800001-89 with BICEC. Cameroon.

Complete offers written in either English or French and in Seven (7)copies (One Original and Six Copies) sealed in an envelope shall be deposited at the General Manager's Office on or before the 21/2/17 at 1.00 p.m local time.

The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at 8 Weeks for lots 1, 2, 3 and 12 weeks for lot 4.

Bidders shall provide Bid Bonds as follows:-

issued by a Financial Institution authorised to issue Bid Bonds for Public Contracts as per the list in Doc. 11. The Bid Bonds shall have a validity period of 120 days from the date the bids are opened. Bids that do not conform with this invitation to tender shall be rejected.

The Bid Opening session shall take place at the CDC Internai Tenders Board Office opposite CDC Head Office Bota-Limbe on the 21/02/2017 at 2.00 pm local time in the presence of the Bidders or their duly mandated representatives. Only one Representative per bidder is allowed to attend the bid opening session.

• They do not score 4 out 6 of the main qualification,çriteria which must include A, B and C.
• They have falsified documents

MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

• The criteria relating to the qualification of a bidder are as follows:

NOTA BENE — The non-respect of 4 out of 6 of the above criteria which must include A, B and C shall result to the elimination of the offer.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF LOTS WHICH A BIDDER CAN WIN:

Bidders are allowed to Tender for all the lots but can win only one lot.

Bidders shall remain committed to their offers for a period of NINETY (90) Days from the date of bld opening.
