The supplies are divided into 2 lots as follows:
LOT No 1: Supply of Equipment to COMMUNITY HALL MBU
LOT No 2: Supply of Equipment to COMMUNITY HALL NJONG
A bidder may but cannot be awarded more than one.
Participation to this consultation is open to Small and Medium Size Enterprises with proven experience in this domain.
Funding Supplies which form the subject of this Request for Quotation shall be financed by the 2019 Public Investment Budget of the Ministry of Health, budget heads No.-..

The file may be consulted and obtained at the Santa Council, Mayor's Secretariat with effect from the date of signature of this Tender Notice upon presentation of a receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 40,000 (Francs CFA forty thousand Francs) into the Santa Council Municipal Treasury, representing the cost of purchasing the tender file.
Complete bidders' files, including, all administrative documents, must be deposited in 07 copies including the original file and 06 copies on the 09/09/2019 at 9:00 am local time in sealed envelopes, in the Mayors' Secretariat:

Bids will be opened on the 09/04/2019 at 10:00 am in the conference hall of the Santa Council Internal Tenders' Board, by the Tender's Board members. In the presence of the bidders or their mandated representatives with full knowledge of the files If they so desire.
The bids will be evaluated exclusively of value added tax (EVAT) and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by a signed model submission.
